Privacy policy
We follow Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We collect only what a form needs: name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, dates, locations and your message.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry, send the e-mails you asked for, and pass an enquiry to a provider only when you ask us to. We never sell your data.
Retention: enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, newsletter data until you unsubscribe. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time through the contact page.
Your arrival plan and checklist are stored only in your own browser unless you choose to e-mail them to yourself.
Never send us passports, visa documents, bank details or medical records. We do not need them and will delete them if received.
